Good Morning!I did a sunrise running meditation today (yes! you can meditate while running..)
The following thoughts came flooding to me and I want to pass them along to you.
1. Participate in your life! Think about all the moments you spend participating in others...
We are a society that is obsessed with the web, our cell phones, texting and twittering so we can be intimate with others and their lives. But what about our own?
So just for today, sit with yourself and put the energy that you put into being "outside" of yourself
into you and only you.
2. LifeHouse has a song called "Hanging by a moment", download that song and listen to it. Don't imagine anyone else, just you. The words are fabulous and really, it does a wonderful job describing where we all are or have been at some point in our lives.
3. FALL DEEPLY AND MADLY IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF! ALL OF YOUR QUIRKY, CRAZY WAYS THAT DRIVE EVERYBODY ELSE NUTS, IT'S ALL YOU! SO JUST FOR TODAY, LOVE IT AND BE KIND TO YOURSELF.
